Approaching storm

Despite being the wet season, the Whitsundays have been enjoying long hot, humid and sunny days. Evening storms are providing a much anticipated cool down but for those visiting the area, just know it’s less wet season and more sun season!

Sara and Adam, January 17th, 2010

When Sara first came in to meet me she said, ‘Have you ever photographed a Jewish Wedding before?’…ah…no, was my answer. But, I was very excited to shoot my first and must say it was the most incredible experience. So much atmosphere, emotion, tradition and buzz. Thank you Sara and Adam for letting me share and capture your special day.

Summer wedding season…

Just sending out a big congratulations to all the couples I’ve photographed over the summer season.  It’s been a pleasure being part of each special day and I can safely say that no two weddings have been the same.

A collage of images from the summer wedding season…hopefully many more beautiful photos to come before the season is over.

Welcome to the Whitsundays

I’ve been here before, when I was 3, again to attend High School and now, I’m back for good. It’s actually hard to stay away from a place that has 74 islands, a reef and a whole lot of sunshine!
Based on Hayman Island, I’m establishing myself within the region as a photographer of weddings, portraits and pretty much anything else needing a photo taken.
Over the coming weeks and months I’ll be updating this site with photographs of the region and samples of weddings I’ve had the pleasure of capturing.
If you’re in the Whitsunday region or any region in the world for that matter and like my style, please get in contact as I’d be happy to work out an arrangement to shoot your wedding. Each wedding is unique and I find each exciting to be a part of no matter where it’s located.
